How to use
How to use
Unscrew the decorative wooden cap from the bottle, remove the security plug and screw the wooden cap back. Insert the reeds into the open bottle and they will diffuse the fragrance around the room. To refresh the fragrance, carefully flip the reeds so that the wet ends are on top and reinsert reeds. Rotate the sticks at least once a week.

Hello, first of all I have to say I that I love Munio candles. I have purchased a few items and always been satisfied. However, I recently purchased this diffuser as a gift but it didn't arrive on time so I placed another order to be delivered to the receiver (I wanted to give it by hand) and she loved it. Now, my issue is I have written 4 times to Munio team to assist me with the refund- twice on email, twice on instagram but no one has reached out to help me go about this. I'm not usually fussy but I'm very upset with the service so far.
